I attached a number of photo's of before and after my concrete patio remodel for reference but I'll start from the beginning of my perspective. I called many companies and talked to many people who knew how to work concrete and I ended up going with Concrete Pro because after speaking with Zack I could tell he knew what he was doing and they would show up and do the job most importantly. The work: I originally wanted to  extend my existing patio and that's what Zack quoted me. The first day the team came they had excavated and poured the rock foundation in the area I originally wanted and I asked what it would take to remove my old patio and pour everything new because it would've looked  weird having an old patio that was sinking next to a new patio that was brand new and level. We agreed on the extended work later that night and the NEXT day they removed my old patio and poured the rock foundation again,  no delay in schedule. I added color and stamping to the concrete versus non-color and brush finish and I'm VERY happy I did. The patio looks amazing as you can see from the pictures I've attached. 7 guys came to do the job, including Zack and they poured 850sqft and stamped it in 4.5hrs. After it dried, they power washed and sealed the patio and I was grilling out the next day. I was caught in a predicament where I had a lot of concrete around my house sinking and posing a risk to the foundational walls of my home. Zack came out and gave me a quote, and the work was started within two weeks. I had two concrete porches demolished and removed, one concrete porch rebuilt, and the other replaced with a small wooden deck and staircase. Even though there were some unforeseen snags and difficulties with the original concrete being removed, the team at Concrete Pro was able to adapt quickly, make new plans, and complete the job. Every professional that came out for the job was great; they were always there early and personable, knowledgeable, and exceptional at what they did. The small deck and staircase built for me were the highlight of their work; it was constructed entirely freehanded and custom to fit the footprint of my home perfectly. It's one of our favorite parts of our home now and stunning. Very few companies, if any, do basement waterproofing, woodwork, concrete pouring, and demolition. I needed to find a company that did it all, and that company was Concrete Pro. They came up with a very detailed plan, were extremely communicative and were able to bump us up to get the project completed sooner. The guys who came out were knowledgeable and respectful as well and answered all my questions as needed. They took care of my issues with concern and in a timely manner. I had a few cracks in my driveway sealed, slapjack work done on my walkway pads, and a seam along my patio was also sealed. I like that they have a 3 year warranty on slapjack job.
